Over the years, I have taken many courses, read books, listened to motivational speakers, and none have even come close to Stéph & Shay! They break everything down and explain in ways that make sense and take you deeper into yourself than any program I have previously taken. I love that they have taken bits and pieces from some of my (previously) favorite life coaches and combined the best of the best into one incredible resource. I am looking forward to where this journey takes me.
